Guidelines for the Post of Lecturer.
Lecturer Posts are announced by Department of Higher Education in Punjab. PPSC is will conduct written test for available posts. Currently there are 2451 lecturer posts available. 1016 for male posts and 1435 for female seats. All posts are gazetted 17 scale posts.

Procedure to Apply for Lecturer Seats
1.Apply online through PPSC website by depositing Challan PKR 600 in National Bank of Pakistan or any other bank mentioned on challan.
2. Centers for Exam are Lahore, Rawalpindi, Bahawalpur,Multan, Faislabad, Sargodha
Selection criteria for the post of Lecturer
(In any subject)
Test 100 Marks(In final Merit it is to half i.e 50)
Interview 100
Academic 40
Higher Qualification(i.e Mphil.Phd) 10
Total Marks for final Merit 200.
Test Syllabus for PPSC Lecturer Jobs 2020
Qualification (Main subject in which candidate did his/her BS or Master degree) Based MCQs
General (Basic English, current affair, General knowlege, Pak.std, islamiat, Basic maths, Every day science each Contain 2 to 3 mcqs) total 20.

Test Preparation of Subject

Mostly Past tests were Comprised of
Fsc, Bsc SYLLABUS 60 to 70%
(Fsc= 50%, Bsc= 20%)

MSC Syllabus was followed Upto 30%.
In any subject Specially Physical or Natural Sciences.
This syllabus is based Upon Past Papers, Not final by FPSCc or PPSC.
Test Preparation Guidelines:
1. It needs Interest, Determination and Hard work.
2. Make a Schedule for this On daily basis
Subject 2 hours
General 1 Hour.
4 weeks of Study with “Consistency*” is Enough for Qualifying Test.
